Introduction

One of the biggest factors to consider in a residential renovation project is the price. This page shows the prices our renovation company charges for different types of work in the Montreal area. These are our base rates, designed to offer excellent value for money. Of course, prices may vary if a client wants high-end materials or luxury finishes — but for most projects, these prices provide a solid reference.

Another important factor to consider is the condition of the home. For example, if there are large pieces of furniture to move during a painting job, if there’s no running water on-site for tile work, or if the project is located more than an hour from Montreal, these situations can increase the final cost. That’s why we always visit the site before giving a final quote to the client.

Finally, I hope this section is helpful — whether you're a homeowner, an investor, or even a contractor. As a general contractor, it took me a lot of time and experience to build a price list I’m proud of, so I’m happy to share it with you.
